History
The history of the Firm originated from year 2002 as a partnership of experienced experts mainly in the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Corporate Finance and Infrastructure. Their capabilities in such areas have been acknowledged by their respective industries.
At its launching, the Firm strived its position by specializing in the then emerging industry of Telecommunication and Information Technology. In short time, the Firm successfully gained the attention and trust of the industry and high profile companies.
In 2003, due to the restructuring of many Indonesian companies to survive the 1998 economic crisis and as a response to the vast and growing needs of the Firm and high demands on corporate and finance restructuring services, the Firm recruited several lawyers from various leading corporate law firms to be the Firm’s members in the corporate and finance department, and since then the Firm expanded its services to cover more various area of specializations.
In 2006, the Firm recruited some experienced litigators to meet the growing demand of litigation and dispute settlement services.
On year 2009, the Firm reorganize themselves as in the current form and structure.
